940,000 HDB Households To Receive U-Save Rebates This Month
Nearly 940K S’porean families occupying Housing and Development Board apartments are going to receive GSTV U-Save repayments first month of 2021, released the Ministry of Finance on 2Jan 21.
Out of this number, almost 155K larger families are going to delight in 2.5 times their standard Utilities-Save reductions in the fiscal year 2020.
Family units occupying a single- as well as double room Housing and Development Board flats basically obtain Utilities-Save deductions equal to approximately three to 4 calendar months based on their electrical expenses.
“Along with the GST Voucher– U-Save Special Repayment presented in 2K20, these types of households will obtain deductions corresponding to approximately six to eight months of their energy charges,” reported MOF.
Homes occupying 3- and four-room Housing and Development Board apartments traditionally obtain U-Save deductions amounting to approximately one to 2 months based on their utility expenses.
